Khloé Kardashian’s diet is changing now that she’s eating for two.

A known health nut, the Revenge Body host recently opened up about changing her lifestyle as a mom-to-be in a post shared on her app. According to the 33-year-old, who’s currently expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, she plans to “kick off 2018 right” by reevaluating how she eats and exercise.

“For me, health and wellness resolutions are especially important this year,” she wrote. “Being pregnant, it’s a whole different type of self-care. I still exercise to maintain my sanity and also to feel good about myself, but my workouts are not as intense as they once were.”

“I’m also eating differently because, of course I have cravings, but I want to make sure I’m supplying my baby with the proper nutrients,” she continued. “So I’m focused on being healthy mind, body and soul for myself and the baby—but man, I can’t wait to be a beast in the gym already, LOL.”

As for working out, the pregnant reality star wants to keep active despite rocking a baby bump these days. She added on her website, “Still, for as active as I have been during my pregnancy, I feel great. So my new year’s resolution will be to stay as healthy mentally and physically as I can!”

Khloé recently confirmed she’s reached her second trimester by sharing another photo of her budding belly on Instagram, captioning the sweet maternity portrait, “Officially 6 months.”
